These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Agreement" or "these Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Member" or "User") and MB99 (hereinafter referred to as "MB99", "we", "us", or "the Platform"), governing your access to and use of the MB99 online gaming platform accessible at mb99.buzz and any associated mobile applications, subdomains, or services operated by MB99.

MB99 operates an online gaming platform offering, among other services, live casino games, sports betting, slots, virtual games, and promotional programmes. The platform is operated under international gaming licensing and is made available to eligible users in permitted jurisdictions worldwide.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with MB99's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of this Agreement.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the individual registered user account created by a Member on the MB99 platform.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of real-money funds held in a Member's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds held in a separate bonus wallet.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free spins, cashback credits, or any other non-cash incentives credited to a Member's Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Gaming Services" means all casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer tables, slot titles, and any other wagering products made available on the MB99 platform.
• "KYC" means the Know Your Customer verification process through which MB99 verifies the identity, age, and payment details of Members.
• "Member" means any natural person who has completed MB99's registration process and holds an active Account.
• "Operator" means the entity that owns, operates, and maintains the MB99 platform.
• "Platform" means the MB99 website at mb99.buzz, including all pages, services, and features thereon.
• "Prohibited Conduct" means any behaviour identified in Section 7 of these Terms as constituting a breach of the Agreement.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any real-money stake placed on a Gaming Service through the Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total wager amount that must be achieved by a Member before Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal.

Membership and access to MB99 Gaming Services is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied on a continuous basis for as long as a Member holds an active Account.

3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register and maintain an Account on MB99. This minimum age requirement is strictly enforced. Members found to be below the minimum age at the time of registration will have their Account permanently closed and all funds — including any winnings — may be forfeited pending review.

3.2 Legal Capacity. You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction. Registration by individuals lacking legal capacity — including minors and those subject to guardianship orders — is strictly prohibited.

3.3 Jurisdictional Eligibility. You confirm that online gambling is not prohibited in your jurisdiction and that you are solely responsible for determining the legality of online gambling under the laws applicable to you. MB99 does not provide legal advice and expressly disclaims responsibility for the interpretation of local gambling laws by its Members.

3.4 One Account Per Person. Each individual is permitted to hold only one MB99 Account. Opening or operating more than one Account — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. MB99 reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and to forfeit any funds or winnings associated with such accounts.

3.5 Accuracy of Registration Details. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a ground for immediate account suspension or termination.

4.1 Registration Process. To access MB99's Gaming Services, you must complete the registration process by providing the information requested on the sign-up form, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, email address, country of residence, and preferred currency.

4.2 Account Credentials. You are responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. MB99 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Any activity conducted through your Account using your credentials is your sole responsibility.

4.3 Security Breach Notification. You must notify MB99 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. MB99 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for enhanced account security. MB99 shall not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the Member failed to take reasonable steps to secure their credentials.

4.4 KYC Verification. MB99 is required by its licensing obligations to verify the identity of all Members prior to processing withdrawal requests. The KYC process may require submission of:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (e.g., Malaysian MyKad, passport, or driver's licence);
• Proof of address issued within the past three months;
• Proof of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of bank account or e-wallet);
• Any additional documentation reasonably requested by MB99's compliance team.

MB99 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals and restrict account functionality pending the satisfactory completion of KYC verification.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. MB99 supports a range of Malaysian payment methods, including but not limited to Maybank2u (Maybank online banking), CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong Connect, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and cryptocurrency options including BTC and USDT. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposit Limits. The minimum deposit amount is RM30 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits per transaction and per day are set by the platform and may differ by payment method. Members are advised to consult the Cashier section of their Account for current limits applicable to their chosen payment method.

5.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits via DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and CIMB Clicks are typically processed instantly. FPX bank transfers and certain other methods may take between 5 and 15 minutes. MB99 does not charge deposit processing fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.

5.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to successful completion of KYC verification. Eligible withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes for DuitNow and e-wallet methods. Bank transfer withdrawals via FPX may take up to one business day. Processing times may be extended where additional compliance checks are required.

5.5 Withdrawal Restrictions. MB99 reserves the right to withhold or delay withdrawal processing in the following circumstances: (a) KYC documentation has not been satisfactorily completed; (b) there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity or money laundering; (c) the Account is under investigation for breach of these Terms; or (d) any active bonus is subject to outstanding wagering requirements.

6.1 General Bonus Terms. MB99 offers various promotional offers including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and loyalty programme rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of the individual promotion in addition to these general Terms.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotion, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings may be made. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., "10x" means the bonus amount must be wagered ten times in total). For example, a RM100 bonus subject to a 10x wagering requirement requires total wagers of RM1,000 before withdrawal eligibility is established.

6.3 Maximum Bet During Bonus Play. While any bonus funds remain in a Member's Account, the maximum permitted wager per bet or spin is generally capped at RM250 per round unless specified otherwise. Placing bets in excess of the maximum permitted amount during active bonus play may result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.

6.4 Game Contribution Rates. Not all games contribute equally to the satisfaction of wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Table games including baccarat, blackjack, and roulette may contribute between 10% and 20% of each wager. Live dealer games, video poker, and certain specialty games may be excluded entirely. Game-specific contribution rates are published in each promotion's full terms.

6.5 Bonus Expiry. All bonuses carry an expiry date, typically between 7 and 30 days from the date of crediting. Any Bonus Funds and associated winnings that remain subject to outstanding wagering requirements upon the expiry date will be automatically removed from the Member's Account without further notice.

6.6 Bonus Abuse. MB99 maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards bonus abuse. This includes, without limitation: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once; using prohibited strategies designed to reduce the risk of bonus wagering requirements; and collusion between Members for the purposes of satisfying wagering requirements. MB99 reserves the right to withhold bonus winnings and close accounts where abuse is detected.

6.7 Right to Withdraw Promotions. MB99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice, subject to honouring commitments already made to Members who have opted into a promotion prior to such modification.

7.1 Acceptance of Game Rules. By placing any wager on the MB99 platform, you accept the specific rules applicable to the game or betting market in question. Game-specific rules are available within the relevant game interface or sports betting market page.

7.2 Finality of Results. All game outcomes and bet settlements are final once confirmed by the MB99 system. In the event of a technical malfunction that materially affects a game outcome, MB99 reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the stake to the Member's Account.

7.3 Prohibited Conduct. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technology to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities for financial gain;
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated fraudulent play;
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies specifically designed to abuse promotional offers;
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification processes;
• Accessing the platform using a virtual private network (VPN) or proxy service for the purpose of circumventing geographic restrictions;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour towards MB99 staff or other Members via any communication channel.

7.4 Consequences of Prohibited Conduct. Where MB99 determines, in its reasonable discretion, that a Member has engaged in Prohibited Conduct, MB99 may: (a) immediately suspend or permanently close the Member's Account; (b) withhold or forfeit some or all funds held in the Account, including winnings; (c) report the matter to relevant regulatory authorities or law enforcement agencies where applicable.

MB99 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and to minimising the risk of gambling-related harm among its Members. The following provisions supplement MB99's full Responsible Gambling Policy.

8.1 Age Verification. MB99 enforces strict age verification procedures to prevent access by individuals under the age of 21. Members are prohibited from sharing their Account credentials with any third party, including minors.

8.2 Responsible Gaming Tools. Members may access the following tools directly from their Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to manage spending.
• Session Timers & Reality Checks: Configure time reminders and session duration limits.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend account access for a defined period.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your Account and request exclusion from MB99 services. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed within the exclusion period.

8.3 Member Responsibility. While MB99 provides tools to support responsible gambling, it is ultimately the Member's responsibility to use the platform within their personal financial means and to seek assistance if gambling begins to negatively affect their wellbeing or relationships.

All content on the MB99 platform — including but not limited to software, game titles, visual design, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of MB99 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not confer any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any MB99 content without prior written authorisation.

Any unauthorised use of MB99's intellectual property may give rise to civil and criminal liability under applicable law.

10.1 Platform Availability. MB99 strives to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical disruptions. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or circumstances beyond MB99's reasonable control may result in temporary service interruptions.

10.2 Exclusion of Consequential Losses. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MB99 shall not be liable to any Member for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with the Member's use of or inability to use the platform, including losses arising from network failures, data corruption, or third-party service disruptions.

10.3 No Liability for Gambling Outcomes. Gambling involves inherent financial risk. MB99 does not guarantee any particular outcome of any wager and shall not be liable for any financial losses incurred by Members as a result of gambling activity conducted on the platform.

10.4 Third-Party Services. MB99 utilises third-party game providers, payment processors, and technology vendors. MB99's liability in respect of disruptions attributable to third-party services is limited to facilitating resolution with the relevant third-party provider on the Member's behalf.

MB99 collects, processes, stores, and uses personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on MB99, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data submitted during registration and KYC verification is used exclusively for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, compliance with licensing obligations, and service improvement. MB99 does not sell personal data to third parties.

Members have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data held by MB99, subject to MB99's legal obligations to retain certain data for compliance purposes. Such requests should be directed to [email protected] (plain text contact — not a clickable link).

MB99 reserves the right to amend, modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time, with or without prior notice, subject to the following provisions.

Where changes are material — including changes that affect Members' rights, withdrawal procedures, or bonus policies — MB99 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via the platform's notification system or via registered email. The notification will specify the effective date of the amended Terms.

A Member's continued use of the MB99 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes their acceptance of the revised Terms. If a Member does not agree with any amended Terms, they must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting MB99 customer support.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which MB99 holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through MB99's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause shall affect a Member's statutory rights under the consumer protection laws of their country of residence to the extent that such laws are mandatorily applicable and cannot be contractually excluded.
